Solich replaced Osborne. Not Callahan. And in my opinion the big 12 was every bit as tough as the Big Ten. Texas, Texas A&M, Oklahoma State, Oklahoma, Kansas State- Colorado was also very good for a number of years while in the conference. Nebraska didn’t go to a tougher conference it just went downhill
