Do you know for certain Carter, Honor, and East can come close to replacing the production of Brown, Hodge, and Gholston? No you can't.

And we don't know how much Shaw has improved over last season. We can only hope he has advanced enough to be a solid, consistent contributor on the offensive end. We don't know how incoming players will perform when the regular season starts.

All we can do is project at this stage. But projections are just that. Projections.

I'm alright with the Tigers not being as successful as last season as long as the players are improving.
