he was a sh*tty D-coordinator at Mizzou.

Couldn't stop anything on defense from 06-08 and he had a good amount of NFL talent like Ziggy Hood, Sean Weatherspoon, William Moore, etc

I thought his ceiling was G5 coordinator. Not friggin NFL head coach.
