1. He should be prosecuted for violating gun laws. That would be consistent for why such laws, and even more restrictive laws, are appropriate.

2. Isn't this completely inconsistent, though, with the position taken by you cads of the 2nd Amendment? Shouldn't you be screaming how this prosecution is completely inconsistent with your beliefs?

3. Hunter is an adult who needs to face the music for being a scoundrel.
