Keep Eli to keep the recruits we already have in place which I rightly said was false. Eve if his thinking was that Eli just needs another year with them, again that is silly because he's had at least 2 years with most of them, some of them even more. If they haven't progressed yet, bad things are happening.
Then he pointed out Deion, which is the worst example he could have brought up when his point was we needed to keep the kids around.
And her we come full circle with a full roster of kids that are either 1 of 2 things.
1. Are good talent but don't have a competent coaching staff to help them mature.
Or
2. Are not that great of talent and speaks once again to the competency of the coaching staff.
So one way or another Eli doesn't deserve to keep his job. As for the assistants they can stay or go depending on what the next coach wants to do.
