Biden can win by 9 million votes and lose the election because of around 40,000 votes in 3 states.

I don't think he should be on the ballot because it'd be nice to move on from this mistake but if he's on that ballot while on trial for 90+ felonies and/or a convicted felon, I don't imagine it would be that difficult to defeat him.
