Of the guys that managed just 1 win the previous season.
Going forward he needs only do mostly normal recruiting and he will get the highly rated recruits and classes he needs to sustain the program. Likely get some hot prospects out of the portal to fill in gaps.
High schoolers already want to play for the Hall of Fame coach, and knowing Sanders, he will be straight up with them and tell them, you are a great HS player and we want you here, but if you want to start and play, you better be the best at your position.
That's a lot different mentality than a lot of coaches who play upperclassmen just because they've been in the program.
