And no, the Whistleblowers said Weiss claimed he was not able to bring charges in certain jurisdictions. Weiss and Garland then lied and said Weiss was capable of bringing charges anywhere. If that was true, he wouldn't have needed Special Counsel status. There is nothing to indicate the whistleblowers have lied.
