A fundamental aspect of his political ideology that is inconsistent with conservatism.
If someone has spent a lifetime earning millions or tens of millions or hundreds of millions of dollars… Dollars that have already been taxed in taxed again, and taxed again with transactions with interest with whatever the government can find, and has created a large successful business that has many employees and provides much needed products or services, should the inheritors of that business be forced to sell it in order to pay the taxes?
Should the employees be fired in order to pay the government and have another company come along and try to replicate the success of that business?
It's easy to make fun of the rich, most have earned their money. Never understood why so many people mock others who hold a position to to which they themselves aspire.
And when someone says they should give their money to a, "reasonable" charity… Like the sierra club, like BLM, like sanctuary cities?
This to me is more than a disagreement about zoning laws or regulations on sugar content in cereals. This position indicates a what I believe to be a transgression away from conservative thought. And it makes me wonder what other inconsistencies he has in his ideology.
If it's true.
