If we're comparing the Zelensky call impeachment and the strategically released Biden corruption in the same country, I dunno.

Lot of headline readers in this country, and a lot of politicians ready to capitalize on that new/historically innate weakness in the population they want to control.

Probably always been the same, but there always seemed like there was a respect for the people that wouldn't allow the politicians to cross that line. Then they discovered it wasn't real and they crossed it.

I expect that will continue until the people change that, but it will take more than headlines and tweets and will require the desire for knowledge.

Not sure we're up to the challenge as a people. We may get what we deserve, I just hope I've set myself up in the boonies before it gets really hot.

I've got so much less faith in people being smart if it really came down to it than I did 5-10 years ago. Turns out most don't care, and I'm going to go down with the ship due to it.
