they toss them due to standing?

Judges do not want to touch these cases because they know if they are forced to rule for the plaintiffs that there is no recourse to make things right. You cannot order a new national election two and a half years after the fact.

It is much easier to find an excuse to not hear the case than to deal with any possible fallout from them.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
