really definable and clear cut enough to get to a conviction, especially if/when it gets to the SC, as it surely will - in contrast with something like murder, theft, etc.

I can't forget the early claims against Trump on his "insurrection" and someone gave as proof that he said he was "going to fight like hell..." to get enough votes.

Like, Trump was the first to ever say "fight like hell". But I assume none of this means a thing to you.
