go to the park this afternoon and stand naked on a park bench and see if the authorities do anything.

Of course you CAN be guilty of public indecency in your home in front of a window, but getting any kind of conviction would be much tougher than a park bench.

heck, I think the old man could complain about being filmed while in his home.
