We all associate RICO with mafia stuff now like it's normal since there's so many great mafia movies.
But in reality, the whole thing is crazy when used outside of actual "organized crime" or gang stuff. It's a shortcut legislated 50 years ago that will now rear its head in something political and constitutional now that the last few generations just accept that it's a reasonable law.
