that twit ever will (maybe 20 x with his attitude) and NEVER ever saw an animal die from a rabies vaccine.
He does have a point. A titer will prove immunity and make a vaccine unneccesary. But guess what? A rabies titer test costs more than 30 years of rabies shots for a dog or cat and it only tells you the current status not what it might be in 4-5 years.
