So theoretically, Nwaneri (or McClellen or Wingo) could sign some kind of document with the university - make money for 4 months - and then decide they were going to switch their commitment elsewhere.

Don’t think that would be a very good look for them at all - and doubt they would do it - but theoretically, they could do that.
