language does anyone think they will actually change their discriminatory practices.
You know across the nation behind closed doors they are being instructed to process applications just as they have in the past. It is easy to identify discriminatory language used and have it removed. It is much more difficult to identify discriminatory practices and more importantly to actually prove they are still being applied.
