Catch 22 for don Trump

I have discovered a way that don Trump could win the election-fairly, but it is catch 22.
If Trump were acquitted of all charges in the two Federal trials -he would certainly win the election. The problem of course is that there is no possible way he can do that, as he , his lawyers and every single Trumplican knows.
Hence the desperate attempt to delay the trials until after the republicans attempt to steal the election with the 12th amendment.
Not even Tigerboard Trumplicans can defend that action.
