1. Don't lock on to receivers
2. Go through his professions
3. Do #2 quickly.

Maybe they should have a buzzer on the practice field that goes off 3 or 4 seconds after the ball is snapped. If Cook (or any of our QBs) haven't thrown it by then, it counts as a sack.
