under the 1st Amdt. There are no criminal elements in the indictment. The SC manufactured novel crimes out of normal behavior. He has done it at least once before in going after a Republican Governor and the SC shot him down. I expect the same here after Trump appeals his certain conviction in a D.C. courtroom before an Oboma Judge.
