They allow Whispering Joe Biden to make decisions.
She will get to be the first female black president; glass ceilings will shatter all over the country, she will have a national holiday in her honor, statues and elementary schools will be named for her, history books will be rewritten to lie about the great contributions she made to our nation, but she will be largely kept under wraps by the deep state until she can be booted out when a new president is inaugurated.
That new president will not be chuckles the POTUS.
