People like clapper, brennan, mccabe, wray, strzok routinely lied because nothing bad happens when you do.
Instead the current system rewards them with more money, tv appearances, book deals.
Some real consequences like actual jail time is the only thing that will fix it.
Otherwise the long term DC crowd understands the game.
