'cure is worse than the disease', and especially if they have misdiagnosed the disease.
They are talking about eliminating internal combustion engines, for instance, and relying upon massive advances in technology, mining etc. to achieve the aims that they are gambling upon achieving.
The scientists in that organization are saying that:
1. Carbon dioxide is beneficial for the environment
2. We are actually at historically low levels in the atmosphere.
4. Cutting CO2 levels significantly, could cause significant harm to the environment and to humanity.
