They may smile at you and talk to you like they are sane.
That's an act.
Proceed in daily life accordingly.
Never wear a Trump hat unless you're ready for hand-to-hand combat.
That includes family get togethers.
Better to just stay away from liberals whenever possible, and never say anything to them that you wouldn't say to a mental patient who might be triggered by any word.
