For an AG, one needs a prosecutor not a weak judge. Biden tried to ameliorate some after Garland was (perhaps unconstitutionally) denied a hearing as Supreme Court nominee. That being the case, it doesn't mean would be a great AG. That he did not pounce on the first attempted coup d'etat v the US government was a telling sign.
