Where did i blame trump for high or low gas prices?

POTUS has little control over it aside from releasing the oil reserves and that only lasts so long. I do think there is a strong possibility of collusion, especially when there's a scapegoat in the WH, they can charge what they want now and know half the country will just blame Biden.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
