debates it probably hurts them to do so.

Of course, it may be that only a weak presidential contender is going to be getting any serious challenge.

Either way, Biden is weak & not debating probably weakens him further.

I wouldn't be surprised if the puppet masters aren't counting on him for another term anyway.
