I was just saying that is up to the individual to decide but in order to justify 2024 he needs to have a winning record

and I agree, going 7-5 would just be just enough to keep his job for another year, not generate much excitement or buy him additional years

you never know though, it's a weird game. The ball bounces funny ways. I know he isn't GP, but people left GP for dead after 2012 and won 23 games over the next two years. You need the right mix of roster construction, health, and luck to win.
