She acknowledges that the climate has warmed and she acknowledges the likely human contribution to climate change. She is just saying that the magnitude and impact of climate change and how much of climate change can be attributed to human activity is still an unknown. Never does she say it is a hoax.
I've always agreed that we don't enough to make huge policy changes based on climate change but there are other compelling reasons to make some of those changes.
