He also led the way in turning the spying domestically, when he had the FBI investigating all the stuff in relation to the riots everywhere.

Someone posted an article saying as much a few months ago.

He gave the Executive branch "emergency powers" in regards to COVID, including giving the CDC authority to stop rental evictions, and also stopped federal loan payments. Also give everyone an extra $15/hour in unemployment benefits.

He was as swampy as anyone.
