the only possibility could have been one of two things

- knowingly showing them to a third party that was not "approved" to see them
- Knowingly delayed in doing what the government was asking him to do (storage, turning back to government, etc.)

I am not sure if that applied to Pence or Biden or not.

Either way, it is dumb to go after him, and not others because I do not think the law is written to make such a difference
