Well said, although I'm not certain the standard is that substantially different, at least as to Hillary and Joe. Both of them grossly mishandled classified documents. However, I don't think that either of them displayed the brazen recklessness that Trump displayed in showing them to third parties, in refusing to return them when asked, or in conspiring to mislead the agencies trying to get them back.

In those respects, Trump's words and conduct prove up a critical mental state that is an element of the crimes charged, a mental state that Biden and Hillary have not demonstrated nearly so clearly. That evidence of mental state puts Trump in a different category, IMO.
