Trump is entitled to a fair and impartial trial.

He doesn't deserve one, of course, but he is entitled.
And as of now he has the most bizzare Trumplican psychophant judge in the US. But it really won't matter.
The evidence is so wonderfully stacked against him that he has but 2 chances.
1) that he gets at least 2 Trumplican jurors that are willing to ignore any and all evidence and sing and dance like Trumplicans do here. One won't be enough because Trumplicans fold like cheap suits typically when outnumbered but without at least one other they will relent. But this is a very risky strategy because as stupid and dishonest as our Trumplicans act on this board I firmly believe "Most" of our Trumplican handles
would actually look at the evidence and vote guilty.
2) and this is what he will try especially with the
idiot judge in place- he will try to run out the clock
until after the election so the chance the republicans can steal it one way or another (no chance he can win a fair election) so the whole thing disappears under an AG that will make Barr look like a rabid antiTrumper.
This is actually an admission of guilt.
Thus far every single "defense" offered for Trump is laughably stupidly dishonestly hyper partisan hackery.
1) its all political. It would be pure politics if he was NOT indicted.
2) Everybody hates Trump and wants to get him.
While that is largely true (but some like me don't hate
Trump) , it clearly is not a defense of his many crimes.
3) Its all a hoax. LOL
4) "I did nothing wrong". {spit take}
If I were Garland I would make Trump a sweet deal that
will serve America better than the decades in prison Trump faces.
A) Trump makes a 1.5 minute commercial where he sincerely admits to
1) colluding with Russia
2) no massive election fraud, in fact most of the fraud was done by republicans
3) that he stole the documents and obstructed the investigation
I would not address Jan 6 as he will be on trial for that and that will be a harder case to "prove" though that is a slam dunk in the real world.
I would have Trump use his own words, nothing written by
DOJ.
And none of this wink wink nudge nudge dog whistling shiite. Must be approved by the DOJ and if its not good enough then onto prison.
i would have Trump personally pay for this Public Service Announcement to be run on Fox, OAN and Newsmax every hour for 2 months.
And then additionally he picks up trash in a jumpsuit
alongside a highway every Saturday for 2 months.
