as much as i enjoyed going to the game in wyoming, that was an absolutely worthless trip for the program. same with BC, umass, etc.

schedule home and home series so you have one non-con road game against a G5 school every year in one of these states:
texas
louisiana
mississippi
alabama
florida
georgia
tennessee
s carolina
n carolina
virginia
kentucky
ohio
indiana
michigan

then sprinkle in a regionally relevant P5 opponent every year like:
illinois
northwestern
iowa
iowa state
nebraska
k-state
kansas
oklahoma state
louisville

then if you want to throw in a home/home against a national opponent every 4 or 5 years, ok i guess
