I will use she and her pronouns for a transwoman who attempts to look like a woman, and vice versa for transmen.
However, I won't use they/them for one person and I won't use xe/xer or anything else like that. It's less about being rude, and more about not endorsing such an obnoxious deconstruction of the English language (which is primarily used to convey important thoughts/concepts)
