However if you are going to have an IRS, then common sense
dictates that it should be funded to a level that maximizes the legal requirements of the income tax. This is called spending money to make money.
Thus it is crystal clear that the growing debt is of no consequence whatsoever to republicans, rather republicans once again show their contempt for the very laws that they pass- and wish tax cheating to be the norm.
