arm strength. Cook has a D2 skillset - his range is limited to 7 yards from the LOS. Cook displayed his arm in the bowl the preceding year, and his inadequate arm was evident prior to the injury.

The passing game is limited with cook - his ceiling is slightly above Horn's floor. Horn or Garcia needs to be getting the reps in the early games, before the schedule toughens. Cook should have been steered to the x-fer portal.
