Even if he had made that statement what proof was there that this particular woman was involved? The lawsuit was not about him raping women, it was about him raping this one particular woman.

Civil courts have a lower standard but with no proof, no date, time, or year how in the hell did they determine that a preponderance of the evidence pointed to guilty?

No details make it impossible defend.
