You don't have to worry about being mugged for your cash

Con's:

Your money is controlled by the gov......I mean....."central bank"

The "central bank" monitors your purchases

If a social credit score is also implemented, the government can revoke your access to your own money.

Whether or not the money is actually yours (despite you earning it) is also debatable
