agree with him. How can they not agree with DEION SANDERS?
I guess the NFL teams don't want more black players. So I guess they are consciously avoiding the HBCU where the talent levels are so incredibly low that spending time scouting them would just be a drain on the financial resources of NFL teams.

I know, let's have a quota where each team must draft two HBCU players every year. And pay them whether that make the team or not.
