get rid of assets you may have held for longer, how it is surprising you work with people within your circle to close the deal?

I had a neighbor once who has been trying sell his lawnmower. He found out he was being relocated and I wound up buying the mower. Why? He suddenly needed to get rid of it quickly and I was in his circle.

Shocking stuff.
