but has filed a Motion to Dismiss, which was taken under advisement, not granted, while the Judge wants to meet with Gardner. I'm no Gardner fan, but the headline could be a little more accurate. It may end up being accurate, but we won't know for at least a week. My understanding is that the defendant's attorney filed a request for a speedy trial, and the deadline is 4/26.
