He's neither. He is a patsy. There is no way a 21 year old private gains access to NSA level intelligence. Many of the classified documents were non-military intel from CIA, FBI/DOJ and the State Dept. Reportedly, these docs are not shared with the military, at least not in those formats.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
