enforcement issue or is that something she should demand of the homosexual who runs the transportation department?

The gay guy, of course will do whatever she says, and Mrs. potato head is a calm, rational and intelligent human being, who just wants to be sure that black people don't ever get arrested for anything.

Someday black "leaders" will spend as much time asking or demanding that black motorists or black people in general obey the flucking rules.
