Oil is under $70 now and he thinks it's going to hit $140 by year end? Unless something weird happens, oil will likely trade in the $60-$80 range. If there is a recession, I could see oil drop below $60. If there's a war or other disruption, it could possibly hit $100 for a short period. $140? NFW.
