As Scott Horton has said. DeSantis has been a hawk his whole career. His recent statement on Ukraine is an improvement, but he'll have to do a lot better than W Bush mouthing "humble foreign policy" before I will take him for anything but a Likud acolyte, anti-Russia, anti-China, anti-Iran Gitmo enforcer.
