"blatantly obvious and substantiated" is not a legitimate legal standard, and would get you laughed out of a courtroom.

I didn't say a pardon from Biden was appropriate.

You, however, did say, "Biden should pardon Trump.", and I questioned the appropriateness of your claim.

You have yet to offer legitimate actual knowledge and proof to support Biden's need to pardon Trump.
