The guy seems like he is the one who has been brainwashed.
Like most idiots he says he doesn't want to allow speech that is hateful, misleading, deceptive or untrue. And those will probably be determined on a case by case basis, depending on who says what.
Chucky Schemer the head of the United States Senate can call out Supreme Court justices by name, saying they will, "reap the whirlwind". That is fine, that is righteous that is courageous. It is fine for a Coca-Cola company to tell its employees to, "be less white".
Imagine if the wrong people said that about the wrong groups.
Case by case basis.
My guess is that whatever he disagrees with is misleading, deceptive or untrue. They will decide that for us.
Hate speech however defined, must be protected. We don't need the constitution to allow people to say nice things about each other. We need the constitution to allow people to say really crappy things about each other and our government.
Does antifa say hate speech, does BLM say hate speech, does Maxine Waters say hate speech…? Of course not. Their goal is righteous. Their motives are pure, and their methods are necessary.
It's for our own good...
It must be illegal for conservatives to hurt the feelings of blacks, women, gaze, crazy transsexuals, and people who think they are ostriches. But when Maxine Waters or other radical's verbally attack and abuse Donald Trump or white people in general, they are only setting the record straight.
They are speaking truth to power and they are courageous and heroic for doing so.
My guess is that most Marines are ashamed of that idiot.
