Here is Yellen - she is a beaut (in her case, figuratively not literally) and just like everyone else in that administration in over her head - saying there would be no Federal bailout of SVB. In the next breath, she says that their concern is the depositors and making sure they are taking care of if the insurance does not cover their losses. Uh, if you are taking care of the depositors and making sure they are whole, wouldn't that be a bailout?
