That is very helpful. Probably would've saved millions and millions of lives.
Because people's first instinct or to make stupid decisions. But you being all wise, all knowing all full of shjt, would advise them to make wise decisions instead. But you wouldn't tell them what to do. That wouldn't be right. They just have to do their own research, analysis, and study to find out what the road course of action is for them.
They can count on you for absolutely nothing. Except your sage advice that they should make wise decisions.
